Movement: QiGong Practices
This is a mindful movement series based in QiGong, accessible through the Qigong Meditation Channel created by Thich Man Tue (Br Insight)— a Vietnamese Buddhist Monk. There are 5 sessions in the series and each are about 30-45 minutes.
